Please join us for a Crewed Blue Voyage with traditional Turkish wooden Gulet sailing yacht of “Sea Star 2” which offer plenty of space on deck and in cabins to relax day and night. Sea Star 2 is deluxe for 10 clients (5 couples) or suits up to 12 people as we have extra single bed at master cabin and extra single bed at small cabin if needed. We are only 20/25 minutes away from Dalaman Airport.
This Exceptional Yacht Charter is operated by a family here at Gocek (south west of Turkey) with plenty of experience.The captain has fluently English, Turkish language knowledge and has some knowledge of Dutch language. After his several years of study at Hartpury College at UK he has worked as a sailing, windsurfing instructor at South Cerney Outdoor Recreation Center near Cirencester at United Kingdom and sailing school at Brassemermeer near Amsterdam/Holland. Then he moved to Australia to follow a course to gain his Royal Yachting Association International Yacht Master Qualification. After this period then he moved to Turkey and carried on giving sailing lessons at Spirit of Eden (Beneteau Oceanis 400 Sailing Yacht). His rest of the crew is his wife (mostly in kitchen) and his cuisine at mainly at deck. With their experience of past years we know where to find most beautiful private bays, hip restaurants, un-spoilt natural sceneries, beautiful crystal-clear underwater dive sites and many more…
Clients are welcome to help with sailing and motoring the yachts or just relax enjoy their sunbathing under blue azure sky and have their chilled drinks. On request captain Ali Can give you an offshore sailing instruction.

A beautiful Gulet built in 2004. She offers traditional charm and contemporary comfort for
six to eight guests, in one master cabin and three double cabins. The master suite and two of the doubles
are en-suite with the third double cabin having shared bathroom facilities directly opposite.
There is plenty of space in the living and dining areas and the galley is well equipped for the preparation of delicious meals. The experienced crew provide a warmservice and ensure that sails and cruises safely. She is an ideal family choice, offering comfort and privacy for a holiday tailored to suit individual wishes.
Equipment onboard includes an individual heat pump and air conditioning system throughout below deck.
There are audio and TV sets in each cabin and in the saloon. There is an on deck beverage cooler, an ice machine,
a washing machine and a hot water tank. There is plenty of equipment for more active fun too, for example a dinghy, windsurfer, snorkeling and fishing equipment.

Our blue cruises start in Gocek and Fethiye on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.
From May to October, numerous charter flights to Dalaman are available from most of the
major airports in the UK. Outside the high season, it is also possible to reach Dalaman via Istanbul.
Dalaman is only a short 20-minute drive away from Gocek and 40 minutes from Fethiye.
The sailing area takes in the fascinating and beautiful Lycian coast, which boasts many
ancient historical sites and interesting places that are a joy to discover.
We aim to structure your cruise according to your wishes. If you have visited this area before, you will probably
enjoy creating your own itinerary. However, if this is your first time, we and your captain and crew will be happy to help plan your route.

LIFE ON BOARD
Good sailing, good food and friendly company surrounded by nature in a serene atmosphere, that is what chartered sailing is all about. A sailing holiday aboard a gulet appeals to all age groups. It can be as relaxing or as energetic an experience as desired. You may leave everything to the skipper and crew or choose to join in the running of the boat. You may do your own shopping for meals if you prefer. The crew will still cook for you unless you wish to prepare a special dish for your party. One day you may decide to read a book while sipping a drink and sunning on deck. A more active day may include fishing when the yacht is at anchor in a beautiful cove, hiking in the woods or swimming and snorkelling amid schools of fish and ancient underwater ruins. While docked you may wish to spend the morning touring a nearby ancient city or have a special shore evening in town or in a Turkish village.
