Built in 1984 and owned by us for the past 15 years. The boat has been buuilt to Lloyd's register A1 specificatin and was Gelshielde in 2002. We have sailed her extensively from the Outer Hebrides to the Aegean, where we are cruising at present. We are thinking about hanging up our sea-boots and consequently are selling the boat and entire contents. There is far too much to itemise here, simply everything you need for cruising and living aboard. A more complete inventory can be found on yacht-fung-shui.zoomshare.com. There is a new 2.9 metre dinghy with 4hp outboard. The interior has been completely re upholstered in 2007, together with new sprayhood and cockpit seats. The saloon has been re-üpholsterd sýnce the photos were taken and also the trim in the aft cabin has been attended to. All standing rigging replaced March 2008. New bimini added 2008.

VINYLESTER RESIN is used for the first coats of the hand laid-up lamination below the water line. This kind of resin is extremely effective in preventing osmosis thanks to its chemical and physical characteristics. Worldwide acknowledged quality isophtalic resin is used for all the stages of the hand laid-up lamination process.High quality PVC with outstanding mechanical peculiarities is used for main deck and superstructure lamination with sandwich core. Engine room-, collision- and bow bulkhead are in fiberglass with sandwich core. All other internal bulkheads are built with advanced composite materials. Keel is deep V type with 17° aft deadrise. The peculiar shape of the aft swimming platform has been designed to integrate into the hull a large tender storage with simple and practicable launching/recovering system. |

A beautiful 38ft. long keeled ketch, built in Taiwan by Ocean industries for the American market. She crossed Atlantic in 2000 and has been cruising the Mediterranean since then. Many upgrades in 2008 & 2009 including new stainless steel pushpit (2008), new stainless steel parserelle (2008), new stainless steel davits (2008).
